How can I resolve screen and sound problems on my iOS device?

Check your Internet speed with a speed test app from the AppStore (e.g. ookla). The bandwidth should be at least 5 Mbps.
If the bandwidth is sufficient, please go to Settings → Wilmaa TV and activate "Delete saved content".
If this does not solve the problem, please delete the Wilmaa app from your smartphone or tablet, then restart the device and install the Wilmaa app from the AppStore.
