Check your Internet speed with a speed test app from Google PlayStore (e.g. ookla). The bandwidth should be at least 5 Mbps.

If the bandwidth is sufficient, please go under: Application Manager / Wilmaa TV / Memory and click on "Clear Cache". Then quit all active applications and restart the app.

 If this does not solve the problem, please delete the Wilmaa app from your smartphone or tablet, then restart the device and install the Wilmaa app from the Google Play Store.
